Regulatory Disclosures

Anti-Money Laundering

TA Real Estate ("TA") is committed to complying with statutory and regulatory requirements designed to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. We complete and monitor AML screening (incl automatic worldwide sanction and PEP screening). This requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that formally engages TA or establishes a relationship with the Firm.  Specifically, we are required to collect the following information: legal name, date of birth, address and identification number.  A legal entity may need to provide other information such as its principal place of business, local office, employer identification number, certified articles of incorporation, and a partnership agreement or a trust agreement.  We may also ask for a copy of your driver’s license or seek additional documentation.

Business Continuity

We disclose to customers how our business continuity plan addresses the possibility of a future significant business disruption and how the member plans to respond to events of varying scope.

We have a robust continuity plan in place to deliver a “business as usual” status in all eventualities. As a leading advisory business, we are familiar with virtual and agile team working, from working on site with our clients; from our London offices and working from home.

People

Our priority is the safe guarding and well being of our people and the clients we work alongside. TA advocate an open door policy to employees who wish to discuss any concerns. We remain transparent at all times, employees receive accurate and timely communications, always based on the latest official guidance (incl Public Health England and Government). Our communication systems ensure employees are kept informed regardless of their location or situation severity.

Work

We have systems and structures in place which enable us to react quickly and effectively, ensuring projects are prioritised and delivered. We adopt sensible procedures to client meetings and site visits, liaising with clients for guidance and making use of technology where appropriate.

To enable our people to carry out their roles, our central London office is open for those that need it and this is prepared in line with government guidelines. Teams conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure business critical situations and time sensitive jobs are prioritised.

Technology

Tried and tested systems in place enable employees to work remotely. Technology in place facilitates agile working and seamless continuity of service (Microsoft teams, Laptops, Cell phones).

A robust approach is in place to managing client data and information is secured and protected. Our existing networks and systems will maintain client security and confidentiality at all times.
